21 Snow Pudding ~ A yummilicious treat


Absolutely adore this Snow Pudding! To me it is so yummeh menjilat piring...combo of whip cream, strawberry & choc, is definitely a yes-yes for moi..sedap banget!!


With the full recipe aku dapat 1 loaf pan & a 7" round pan..gave some to my sis and yet to get her review, but to me..ni memang sedap sekali..memang org Indon ni pandai wat pudding/jello esp yang menggunaka egg white..I've yet to reply some of the comments..mintak maaf ya sebab ada byk perkara berlaku this few days yg sgt tak dpt dielakkan.. kepala pipe tiba2 patah dari the holder at the sink la...periuk hangus la (yg terpaksa dihumban terus), main water heater yg KO la..aduhaiii...memang bertepek2 things happening kali ni..so let me settle some stuff first aite...can't wait for the weekend to come..long weekend & hari raya haji lagi...ok...see ya soon...-ish :-)


Snow Pudding ~ Yat easybakes

Ingredients
Milk Layer
7 g agar2 powder
1-2 drops vanilla
400ml milk
100g sugar
350ml whipping cream ( i used 250ml)
3 Tbsp rum (I omit)

Chocolate Layer
750ml milk
50g cocoa powder
7 g agar2 powder
125g sugar
1 egg yolk + 1Tbsp milk, whisked

Strawberry Layer
7 g agar2 powder
500g strawberries mashed & strained to get 400ml pulp & juice
150ml water
150g sugar
2 egg whites


Prepare milk layer.
In a medium pot combine agar2 powder, vanilla & milk. Stir until agar2 powder dissolved. Stirring constantly, cook mixture over low heat & bring to a boil. Add sugar & stir until dissolved. Remove from heat & set aside briefly. Stir in whipping cream until combined. Pour into prepared mould & set aside.

Prepare strawberry layer
In a medium pot combine agar2 powder, strawberry juice & water. Stir until agar2 powder dissolved. Stirring constantly, cook mixture over low heat & bring to a boil. Add sugar & stir until dissolved. remove from heat.

In a clean & dry mixing bowl, whisk egg whites with an electric mixer at high speed until stiff peak. Lower speed & ladle pudding mixture into egg white mixture gradually & whisk until combined & warm. Pour onto milk pudding layer which has  beginning to set.

Prepare chocolate layer.
Heat 3-4 T milk & add cocoa powder. Stir until dissolved (I heat up the milk first to speed up things). In a medium pot, combine agar2 powder with remaining milk. Stir until agar2 powder has dissolved.

Stirring constantly, cook mixture over low heat and bring to a boil, Add sugar, cocoa & egg yolk mixture. Stir until sugar dissolves. remove from heat & continue to stir until mixture is warm. Pour onto strawberry pudding layer which is almost set, Leave whole pudding to cool & chill to set.

  2. Wah Yat, pagi2 kau dh guder2 akak ya...nanti akak tunggu bawah jambatan..bawak lebey2 erk...akak dtg ngan Ali erk?? Jgn malu2 sekarang dier dh pakai sarban dah!! Hehe.

    Sungguh berseni tangan mu dik...terkebil2 mata akak mu yg belum lagi rabun nie...cantikkkkk sekali...sukar untuk ku gambarkan bagaimana tangan mu itu??

    jeli tu separate sendiri..coz i am too slow with the preparation..by right if you do it fast enuff u get only the pink layer & not the cllear one..

      I wouldn't advise it coz the taste & texture of the milk pudding will not turn out the same. Try getting that whipping cream, it is worth it :)

  18. whipping cream guna dairy whipping or non whipping cream dear..dan nk masak bape lama setiap satu layer tu..atau ada tekstur adunan tu jd likat...plz dear informationya coz nt try buat...tq
