Happy Monday!!! Setelah 4 hari dok umah, ni ari ku ada jangkakan agak ribut sket di opis...masa cam nih la rasa cam nak balik jer nak bermain2 ngan loyang & mixer...buat kek ke, roti ke..jello ke..lagi happening sebab dapat makan lepas menguli & mengadon tu...nywyas, ni roti sesajer nak testing tu BM sebab dah berkurun terperuk...takut gak member merajuk, tak nak bergerak sebab tempat glamour dah diambil alih by that KA kan...so sebelum aku on that machine, ada gak la aku sampaikan belaian serta kata2 manis bak madu memujuk member agar tak buat hal like membantutkan adonan rotiku itew...
So semalam kan...testing2 buat roti simple ni dulu...sebelum penghijrahan dapat dilakukan untuk menerai roti tocang Kak Ummi...yang kita tak tahan gelak bila menonton the video yg Kak Ummi linkkan itew..hehehe...sebabnya adunan 4-breaded bread tu persis tentacles si sutun...muahhaha...jgn mara arr Kak Ummi..tapi kok kita memang asyik terpandangkan dough itew seperti tangan sotong!!
K...back to this bread...memang si BM ni masih lagi bule diharap...tak menguciwa kan langsung...adonan dier elok jer, so nanti roti sotong tu plak aku try... Cuma 1 jer...'feel' roti paun ni tak dapat aku replicate my MIL punya...memang la my MIl ni champion roti paun...tak yah mixer...sukatan pun main pakai cawan minuman jer...tapi kejadian dia..ishhhh...susah nak aku replicatekan...tapi for me asal roti ni masih lembut, gebus & sedap..dah ok la tu kiranya..espeseli bila koyak dapat jadi cam di atas tu :) Ok, kenot banyak songeh sekarang, nanti kang di-saon soh jadi mem sepenuh masa kat rumah plak...selamat hari satu kengkawan....
ROTI PAUN

Ingredients :
1/2 cup luke warm water
1 egg (large)
300 g flour
80 g sugar
20 g milk powder
1 teaspoon instant dried yeast
1/2 teaspoon bread softener
1/4 teaspoon (heap) bread improver
1 tablespoon margarine
Method : (using Bread Maker)
1. Pour the lukewarm water into the bread maker pan. Add in egg.
2. Add in flour, sugar, milk powder, instant dried yeast, bread softener and bread improver.
3. On the bread maker to Dough setting. (This setting will takes about 1 1/2 hour to finish it's cycle.)
4. Once the dough is just combined, add in the margarine. Let the BM continue it's process.
5. After about 1 1/2 hour, remove the dough from the pan and divide to 63g each. Make into round balls and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
6. Grease a 9 x 9 inch pan with margarine and coat with a bit of flour. Remove the access flour.
7. Shape the balls again and place them in the prepared tin. Wrap the tin and let the dough prove again. In my case, I left it for more than 2 hours. (Actually, according to rnana, the original recipe calls for a 2 hours proving. So I guess, it's a good thing I had forgotten about the dough in the first place! Hahaha)
8. When the dough is double the size, bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20 to 25 minutes.
9. Once out of the oven, brush with margarine for a shiny effect.

ko ni yat memang semua benda ko pikir lain muahahahah bukan ko aje tau ,tp buleh ai ta perasan mungkin sbb ai ni lurus ruler kut hahaha

yat..nampak lembut roti ni yat..ada bertali lagi tu ha..akak kalau buat roti..mesti 1/2 -3/4 day taken..sebab nak mengerjakannya, nak kasi dia naik dulu, then nak uli balik, then nak bentukkannya..wah..almost 1 day to get 1 type of roti..hehe..tapi lepas buat puas rasanya...
