Even though I slept at 2am last night, still tercelik so darn early on a Saturday morning!!! So I checked on the jello that I made last night.... I had cofee after dinner semalam, so masih segar bugar till late in the night..what better way to spend time than baking kan... :) So I baked a cake & made this dessert jugak...sempat plak tu...
Semalam pong ada member wat cake lapis jugak ek...member yg beruntung tinggal nun di sinun..sebab bule selalu pi restoren kamben tu...heheh...dun mare arr babe...sesajer jer...
This morning, I went to check on my 'loot' semalam and quickly had this jello ....for breakfast tadi..hahah...nikmat beb..pepagi makan jelllo sensorang...hehe...dah antoo jello kan..nak wat camna..anyways, today ada plan nak merayap, so gambar cake lain kali jerla aku hapdate :)
pssst...this one seriously sedapp, to my sis...ai think this is the mango pudding jello yg u cari tu la...resepi kat bawah...u can try...and let me know if this is indeed the one u r searching for!!! kalo rasa dia same, kira no more utang resepi okay???
Bottom layer (My top layer in pic)
1Tablespn plain agar-agar powder
250ml coconut cream
250ml mango puree
Top layer (My bottom layer in pic)
1 Tablespn plain agar2 powder
1teaspn pandan essence
60ml mango puree
pinch of salt
Bottom layer - Bring to a boil on a slow fire all ingredients except mango puree. Stir often
When sugar has dissolve, remove from fire & set aside to cool halfway. Add mango puree & mix well.
Pour mixture into mould 3/4 full. Chill in fridge for 20 mins (I didnt - just left it room temp to semi set before I add the top layer...works fine for me)
Bring to a boil pn medium fire all ingredients except mango puree. Stir often. Add pinch of salt. Stir mango puree.
Pour carefully & slowly onto semi set bottom layer. Allow to cool at room temp & chill thereafter in fridge till set firmly.
You may add mango slices in top layer for added variety. (I didnt)
Serve when set completely.
